Snejana Stefanova - Attorney at law

Snejana Stefanova has graduated Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" Law School - Master's degree in Law, 1994 -1999.

She has been a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association since year 2000.

Attorney Stefanova has specialized in representation before the European court of human rights in Strasbourg. She has been the representing attorney in over 100 cases before the above Court. Some of the judgements of the Court have led to significant changes in Bulgarian law, judicial and administrative practices.

Authored many legal analysis and commentaries in specialized legal literature on the subject of accordance of Bulgarian law and legal practices with European human rights standarts.

Ventsislav Tochkov - Attorney at law

Ventsislav Tochkov has graduated Veliko Tarnovo University "Saint Cyril and Saint Methodius" Law School with Master's Degree in Law followed by postrgraduate specialization in European Union Law from Sofia University "St.Kliment Ohridski".

He also holds a degree in Business administration with concentration in Finance from University of Washington in Seattle, WA, USA.

He has worked at Bank of America in Seattle, WA, USA where among his other duties he was appointed as Notary public for the State of Washington.

He has also worked as associated attorney with the law firm “Ekimjiev and partners”.

In 2015 Ventsislav was nominated for “Legal case of the year” in the annual Bulgarian justice awards “Temida – truth’s price”.

In 2016, he won “Legal case of the year” award given by the Bulgarian daily newspaper “Standard”

He is an active member of the Legal experts advisory panel within Fair Trials International – one of the leading global human rights organizations.
